Certificate of Existence (COE)

All pensioners who receive a monthly income from the Fund are required to complete and submit the Certificate of Existence every year.  The COE is issued with the March and June payslip every year and the deadline for the submission of the completed Certificate of Existence is usually on 31 August. Failing to submit the completed form on or before the deadline will mean the Fund will suspend your monthly pension and it will only be reinstated once it is submitted to the Fund. How to complete the COE

All the required fields on the form must be completed and signed by the pensioner. A thumb print is also accepted for those pensioner who are unable to write. The COE must be stamped by a duly authorised commissioner of oaths.
